The WSL368 bench top chop force tester for measuring the edge quality of razor blades. Comprising a compressive chop force mechanism with a 2-100N load cell providing a measurement accuracy of 0.1% fs. Incorporating a universal blade holder for quick and easy mounting of either double or single edge razorblades. Complete with a manually operated linear drive table allowing up to 100 individual chop tests per blade.

The WSL368 is fitted with an integrated 10-inch colour touch screen console mounted to the frame, installed with Emperor Force testing software, which controls the key test parameters of force, displacement and speed, with features such as real time graph plotting, display measured & calculated values and clear pass/fail indication. A powerful reporting module allows the user to configure test reports to present data in the form of Microsoft Excel or PDF format. It is designed to be suitable for shop floor quality control testing and/or laboratory use.
